1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Mubdacucma's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mubdacucma provides legal consulting and law services in Malaysia, including dispute resolution, intellectual property, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

3. Engagement & Fees

Services are provided upon formal engagement. Fees are as agreed in the engagement letter. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared with Mubdacucma is protected by attorney-client privilege and treated confidentially, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mubdacucma shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
